The Weiber Drying Chamber are double walled equipments that feature an inner bladder with stainless steel mirror finish and an outer bladder made up of plastic coated high quality steel plates. The gap between the walls is filled with high grade mineral wool or polyurethane insulation for maximum thermal efficiency. The test chamber is provided with a front opening double walled insulated door that is suspended on hinges to allow easy loading and unloading of the samples. It also features an observation window that allows constant monitoring of the test process while the unit is operational. The chamber door uses silicon rubber gaskets for isolating the working area from external environments and is also provided with a locking arrangement for added safety. These test equipments are easy to install, portable units that feature easy to clean, uniform and non-corrosive surfaces. The test chambers feature a hot wind circulation system that comprises of motor and fans that are capable of operating in a high temperature and windy environment, thereby ensuringuniform distribution of heat throughout the working area. The air conditioned fans are provided with multi-swing centrifugal impellers for maintaining a continuous air circulation and are designed for long lasting, noise free operation.
