  1. The temperature control unit consists micro-processor based PID controller cum indicator. benefits of using PID controller:

  8. PCRC sheet body - Powder coated steel body assures corrosion resistant furnace and allows working of chamber at high temperature applications.
  9. Digital output – Target and Performance Output of the furnace operations are in digital format(digits) giving precise reading.
  10. Precise Control of Environmental Parameters-The set/ programmable parameters of thefurnace are precise or have less deviation from original value,thus ensuring correct measurement.

  12. Corrosion Resistant interior and exteriors-Corrosion resistant coatings like epoxy coatings are applied inside and outside the furnace to prevent against degradation due to moisture, salt spray, oxidation or exposure to a variety of environmental or industrial chemicals/ corrosive agents.

WEIBER muffle furnaces are Light weight with ceramic wool insulation (instead of Brick insulation). The outer casting is made of double walled thick PCRC sheet, duly painted with attractive stove enamel. The inner casing is made of alumina block/ceramic wall (as per temperature).The unit is provided with single doors (flap type, lift type, single side opening). This door is provided with magnetic door closer. This door is provided with lock and key arrangement.

Heating:

Heating elements are made of kanthal wire, silicon carbide rod, and molybdenum silicide rod depending upon the temperature.

Temperature Control:

The temperature inside our muffle furnaceis controlled through PID controller

Temperature Range:

Temperature range of our standard furnace is 900°C-1800°C.

Voltage:

To work on 220/230V A.C. supply.

It have mainly three parts; electronic control unit, inner chamber and insulation. The furnace chamber is heated by electric resistance elements and is insulated with ceramic fiber insulation. The controller is located under the furnace chamber and is well insulated from the heat generated in the furnace chamber. A door safety switch removes power to the heating elements whenever the furnace door is opened. The temperature is controlled by one of three types of controllers
