WEIBER vacuum resistance furnace is widely used in the heat treatment of metallic material in coarse vacuum, in reducibility or protective atmosphere. It Can also be used for special heat treatment of materials such as carbon products in the development process of carbonation. It can heat materials, typically metals, to very high temperatures and carry out processes such as brazing, sintering and heat treatmentwith high consistency and low contamination. In a vacuum furnace the product in the furnace is surrounded by a vacuum. The absence of air or other gases prevents heat transfer with the product through convection and removes a source of contamination.

WEIBER vacuum furnaces are Light weight with ceramic wool insulation (instead of Brick insulation). The outer casting is made of thick MS/ SS (as desired), duly painted with attractive stove enamel. The inner casing is made of ceramic wall.The unit is provided with single doors (single side opening). This door is provided with magnetic door closer. This door is provided with lock and key arrangement.

Heating:

Heating elements are made of kanthal wire, silicon carbide rod, and molybdenum silicide rod depending upon the temperature.

Temperature Control:

The temperature inside our vacuum furnaceis controlled through PID controller

Temperature Range:

Temperature range of our standard furnace is 900°C-1500°C.

Vacuum level: Vacuum Level is depended on vacuum pump, connected pipe, inside refractory block's materials etc. By using KFD25, stainless steel pipe, MTI two stage mechanical pump and KF25 Ball valve, the furnace can achieve vacuum level as the follows:

28-30 torrvia two stages mechanical pump within 30 minutes.

Vacuum measurement:Digital vacuum meter is included for vacuum pressure measurement.

Voltage:

To work on 220/230V A.C. supply.
