LAB APPLICATION ULTRASONIC BATHS Exporters

WEIBER now introduces special baths that uses ultrasound (usually from 20–400 kHz) and an appropriate cleaning solvent (sometimes ordinary tap water) to clean items. The contaminants can be dirt, oil, grease, buffing/polishing compounds, and mold release agents. Ultrasonic bath is powerful enough to remove tough contaminants, yet gentle enough not to damage the substrate. It provides excellent penetration and cleaning in the smallest crevices and between tightly spaced parts in a cleaning tank.

Our digitally controlled ultrasonic baths offer consistent and reliable performance in a variety of environments such as laboratory, scientific and healthcare. Incorporating frequency LEAP technology to ensure uniform levels of ultrasonic activity throughout the fluid, these baths offer vastly improved performance giving a more accurate and precise ultrasonic process.

The outer construction of ultrasonic baths are constructed out of corrosion resistant epoxy painted mild steel .whereas the interior chamber is made of industrial grade stainless steel (SS-304.)

  • In order to produce the positive and negative pressure waves in the aqueous medium, a mechanical vibrating device is required. Our ultrasonic baths incorporates Piezoelectric transducers. These transducers can be welded directly into the tank

  • Temperature control.
  • The temperature is maintained through digital microprocessor based ergonomic controller (PID controller)

  • HEATING
  • Indirect heating system is provided in our baths, comprising of air heaters made of high grade nichrome wires of suitable wattage. The temperature is evenly distributed throughout the chamber through natural water convection mechanism, ensuring a very good temperature sensitivity.
