ANAEROBIC CULTURE INCUBATOR

WEIBER HEPA filtered anaerobic culture incubator/chamber is specially designed to be used with oxygen sensitive materials, product containment needs, anaerobic bacteria culture and/or general isolation control. These units allow researchers to easily process, culture and examine samples without exposure to atmospheric oxygen.

The use of a portable incubator when working with any bacterial culture is very helpful. When trying to prevent serious infection or even death, mistakes cannot be made and precision and accuracy are of the utmost importance.

Anaerobic bacteria cultures are performed to identify bacteria that grow only in the absence of oxygen and which may cause human infection. If overlooked or killed by exposure to oxygen, anaerobic infections result in such serious consequences as amputation, organ failure, sepsis, meningitis, and death. Culture is required to correctly identify anaerobic pathogens and institute effective antibiotic treatment.

  • Fitted with a removable front to facilitate thorough cleaning, easy replacement of the HEPA filter, and the transfer of bulk samples and larger pieces of equipment for use in the workstation.
  • The internal atmosphere is circulated continuously - contributing to even temperature distribution and ensuring any internal particulates will be in motion before capture by the filter.

  • Material Of Construction: Castor wheel mounted cabinet is double walled with inner chamber of Stainless steel sheet of grade SS 304. Outer wall is constructed out of heavy gauge PCRC steel sheet duly degreased and pretreated with primers, duly painted with attractive stove enamel or powder coated .
