HUMIDITY TEST CHAMBER
The Humidity Test Chambers from Weiber are corrosion test chambers that are used to simulate high or low humidity conditions for testing the rust preventing capacity of various oils and greases. These high low humidity simulation chambers find wide spread usage in research organizations, educational institutions and industrial units and are most commonly employed by petroleum and chemical industries.
The rust proof humidity test chambers are double walled equipments that feature an inner bladder made up of SS 304 stainless steel plate and an outer bladder made up of plastic coated A3 steel plate. The gap between the walls is filled with super thin glass fiber for increased thermal efficiency. The chamber door is provided with a refined silicone rubber seal that seals the working chamber from external contaminants and temperature fluctuations once the door is closed. The chamber door is also provided with an observation window to allow constant monitoring of the test specimen while the unit is operational.
The equipment uses an electric heater comprising of IR Ni-Cr alloy for faster heating and a highly efficient, oversized cooling system that uses non-CFC refrigerants for efficient cooling. The active humidification system includes an aerosol humidity generator with humidity controllers for maintaining the desired humidity levels. These test chambers are also equipped with a wide array of safety features including an adjustable over-temperature protection function that prevents the working temperatures from rising beyond the set limits, presence of temperature fuse wire, prevention of overheating of fans and motor and phase reversal in case of failure, to protect the equipment. This chamber also known as High Humidity High Temperature Test Chamber or Low Humidity Low Temperature Test Chamber
Weiber's Humidity Test Chambers use fully programmable PID microprocessor based controllers for highly efficient and accurate temperature control. The programmable operation allows both single set point operation for long term stability tests as well as multiple point operation for cyclic tests. The equipment features easy to use touch screen controllers for easy programming and uses RS 422 interface for PC and Ethernet connectivity for easy and remote access. These rust test chambers also come equipped with APT-COM software for monitoring sensitive thermal and climatic processes carried out within the test chamber and their automated documentation. This software also enables networking between multiple units, allowing convenient remote control operation.
Weiber Humidity Test Chambers conform to international standards of safety and quality and come equipped with ISO certification. They are available in a wide variety of sizes and configurations, including both standard and customized models. Designed for vibration free and quiet operation, these equipments are available at economical prices to suit all kinds of budgets.
