AIR CIRCULATING CHAMBER FURNACE

WEIBER Air-circulation chamber furnaces with temperature range up to 850 °C, are mainly used for annealing, tempering, ageing, pre-heating, drying, shrinking, baking and testing. These air circulation chamber furnaces are available for maximum operating temperatures of 450 °C, 600 °C or 850 °C and are perfectly suited for demanding processes. Due to their robust and solid design even heavy loads can be heat treated. These furnaces are suited for use with baskets, pallets, and mobile furnace racks. All furnaces are available with electric or gas heating.

Air circulation furnaces consist of the furnace chamber, circulated air guiding device with air fan, electric heating system, insulation, furnace housing and the switch and control unit.

The furnaces are used for the heat treatment of parts which require a very accuratetemperature distribution and a fast heat transfer. The working temperature is up toapprox. 850°C. The convective heat transfer is realized by flowing air/ gases. An aircirculation fan is used as flow generator. The fan can be installed into the system suchthat a vertical or horizontal air circulation is realized.

WEIBER air circulating furnaces are Light weight with ceramic wool insulation (instead of Brick insulation). The outer casting is made of double walled thick PCRC sheet, duly painted with attractive stove enamel. The inner casing is made of ceramic tiles.The unit is provided with single doorshinged on right side(pneumatic lift door is an optional feature).This door is provided with magnetic door closer. This door is provided with lock and key arrangement. The triple walled back of our air circulating are provided with two/Four/Six/Eight (size specific) air circulation fans for uniform maintenance of the temperature throughout the furnace.

Heating:

Heating elements are made of kanthal wire.The warm air is evenly distributed throughout the furnace through efficient motor fans ensuring very good temperature sensitivity.

Temperature Control:

The temperature inside our air circulating furnaces is controlled through PID temperature controller.

Temperature Range:

Temperature range of our air circulating furnace is 450-850o C. However we have the capacity to modify the same to 950oC tosuit the individual specialized requirements of our customers.

Air circulation:

Triple walled back of unit is fitted with two air circulation fans for maintaining temperature uniformly throughout the furnace.
